Your details in this browser

The website saves your selected product categories, requested quantities, units and specification notes in local storage on this browser. This allows you to return to your procurement brief. These saved selections expire after 30 days without an update, or can be removed earlier using “Clear this enquiry” or your browser’s site-data controls.

Company name, contact person, email, telephone, destination and the other business enquiry form fields are kept only in the current page’s memory. They are not written by this website to local storage or sent automatically to Equator. Closing or reloading the page clears those form fields.

Do not include payment credentials or sensitive personal information in product specification notes. This website does not require bank-login credentials or card details.

Sending an enquiry

When you choose to continue in WhatsApp or an email app, the prepared text is passed to that communication provider where prefilled messages are supported. You review and send the message in that app. Their processing is governed by their own privacy terms. The website cannot confirm delivery or receipt.

Copying a request puts its text on your device’s clipboard. Downloading an RFQ saves a text file on your device. Those copies remain under your control and should be handled in line with your company’s information policies.

When you send an enquiry, Equator receives the information you include and uses it to respond, assess procurement requirements, prepare quotations and administer any agreed business order. Relevant delivery, banking or professional service providers may need information necessary to carry out the agreed transaction.

Technical website information

This storefront does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Images, fonts and application scripts are served with the site. Hosting and network providers may process technical request information, such as IP address and browser data, to deliver and protect the service.

This public website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and does not require a customer account. Cloudflare may process technical request data and use essential security mechanisms under its own privacy terms. Enquiry form details are not submitted to a website backend.

Requests & retention

Contact rebull2026@gmail.com to ask about information held in your enquiry correspondence, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Identify the relevant company, contact and enquiry/order reference so the request can be located and verified.

Information in business correspondence and order records may need to be retained for legitimate transaction administration and applicable legal or accounting duties. These requirements may limit deletion. Browser-local data and files you download can be deleted using your own device controls.

This notice concerns the enquiry website and associated business communication; it does not change applicable privacy rights.
