BUSINESS PROCUREMENT

Procurement & order guidance

A clear process for business buyers: define your requirements, review the quotation, agree the order and arrange payment against the pro forma invoice.

Prepare your enquiry

Our website supports bulk procurement enquiries for white-label apparel and electronics. Select the relevant categories and specify quantities, units and product requirements. You may also start a general enquiry.

  • Your company name, contact person and business contact details.
  • Product type or catalogue reference, unbranded specifications, materials, dimensions, colours and size breakdowns. Include buyer-owned labelling or packaging requests where needed.
  • Required quantities and packaging, including units per carton where relevant.
  • Destination country, city or port, preferred delivery/trade terms and target date.
  • Required product documentation, labelling, conformity information and warranty requirements.

Prepare your RFQ on the homepage, then review and send it in WhatsApp or email. You can also copy or download the full request as a text file. Attach technical sheets or purchase briefs directly in your chosen communication app.

Preparing or downloading an RFQ does not submit it. Your chosen email or WhatsApp app must be used to send the message.

Review the written quotation

Each procurement request is assessed against its specific requirements. Availability, minimum order quantity (MOQ), specifications and prices are confirmed in the written quotation. All 72 product types are presented for white-label sourcing. Product photographs are visual references; they do not identify confirmed stock or approved production samples. Quotations are for unbranded supply. Reference photography does not imply an affiliation with any manufacturer.

Before accepting a quotation, confirm the following:

  • Exact product identity, specifications, quantities, packaging and any approved alternatives.
  • Unit prices, total amount, currency, quotation validity, taxes and any additional charges.
  • Freight arrangements, delivery destination, agreed trade terms and shipping responsibilities.
  • Availability, lead time, payment milestones and required documentation.
  • Approved samples, inspection and acceptance criteria, tolerances, cancellation, defect reporting, returns, remedies and warranty terms.
  • For electronics: destination plug/voltage standards, radio requirements, genuine capacities, applicable conformity evidence and battery transport documents. Required documents must identify the quoted model.

Do not treat a requested delivery date or an enquiry quantity as a confirmed commitment. Changes to an agreed requirement should be confirmed in writing before proceeding.

Agree the order & invoice

A website enquiry is a request for quotation, not an accepted purchase order. The order is agreed when the commercial team confirms the products and applicable terms in writing. Request a pro forma invoice reflecting the agreed quotation and payment schedule.

Check the company name, products, specifications, quantities, currency, total, delivery terms and payment instructions. Clarify discrepancies with the commercial team before making a transfer.

Payments are arranged in USD to the company bank account shown on our bank details page. No card or bank transfer is processed through this website.

Delivery & after-sales

Shipping availability, costs, responsibilities and estimated dates are established for the destination and order concerned. Taxes, import duties, customs clearance and insurance responsibilities must be identified in the agreed commercial terms; the quotation must specify which costs are included and which remain payable by the buyer.

Before placing an order, request the applicable inspection, acceptance, cancellation, returns, defect-claim and warranty terms. These may depend on the products and the written agreement.

For an issue with an agreed order, contact LINGKE WU at rebull2026@gmail.com or +255725257556. Include the invoice/order reference, affected items, quantities and supporting details or photographs. Do not return goods until return arrangements have been confirmed.

Nothing on this website excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Common procurement questions

Are the categories an inventory list?

No. They help you describe a procurement request. Exact models, specifications, quantities available and any minimum order requirements are confirmed by quotation.

Can I request my own label or technical specification?

Yes. Our catalogue is unbranded. Include your technical brief and any buyer-owned label or packaging artwork in your email or WhatsApp conversation. You must have the right to use the supplied artwork. Feasibility, samples, setup costs, minimum quantities and documentation must be agreed in writing; customisation is not automatic.

Are prices, delivery and warranty the same for every order?

No. They are order-specific commercial terms. Request them in the quotation before accepting the order or making payment.

What if the email or WhatsApp link does not work?

Copy the complete enquiry or download the RFQ text file, then send it using your usual communication app. Email rebull2026@gmail.com or contact +255725257556.

Has my enquiry been received when I click Review?

No. Review prepares the request in your browser. Continue to email or WhatsApp and send it there. Receipt and acceptance must be confirmed by the commercial team.
