White-label & packaging

White-label / unbranded. No third-party logos or brand affiliation. Buyer-owned labels, artwork and packaging can be requested; feasibility, rights to use the artwork, minimum quantities and costs are confirmed in writing.

Specify export packing, preservation, lifting points, shipping dimensions, handling limits and destination markings. Unloading, installation and commissioning are separate items unless expressly included in the quotation.

Technical approval & acceptance

Confirm the hardware model, bill of materials, included accessories, required approvals and acceptance tests. Record test conditions, documentation, warranty and defect remedies before order approval. Installation or commissioning services, if requested, require a separate written scope.
