Semiconductor diffusion furnaces
Tube furnace assemblies provide controlled thermal processing of wafers or suitable substrates in an agreed atmosphere. Tube configuration, process chemistry, handling and facility services are specified before selecting the equipment.
Typical procurement uses
Engineered wafer-processing lines and industrial semiconductor research facilities.
Pricing, MOQ and availability are confirmed for your requested quantity.
Specification options to quote
Use these points to define your requirements. They describe options to discuss, not a confirmed model or performance specification.
- Substrates
- Wafer/substrate dimensions, materials, batch size and carrier format
- Furnace
- Tube count, hot-zone length, temperature range and uniformity
- Atmosphere
- Compatible process gases, purity, flow control and exhaust requirements
- Handling
- Loading arrangement, carriers, automation and cleanroom interface
- Control
- Recipe programming, monitoring, recording, interlocks and alarms
- Facility
- Power, cooling, gas cabinets, exhaust treatment and destination documentation
- Acceptance
- Agree model documentation, applicable destination requirements, test conditions, inspection records, warranty and spares before order approval.
- Supply contents
- Furnace assembly and listed controls/loading hardware; process-gas supply, exhaust treatment, cleanroom work and qualification separately scoped.
White-label & packaging
White-label / unbranded procurement. No third-party logos or claimed brand affiliation. Buyer-owned labelling and packaging are subject to written agreement and verified artwork rights.
Specify export packing, preservation, lifting points, shipping dimensions, handling limits and destination markings. Unloading, installation and commissioning are separate items unless expressly included in the quotation.
Technical approval & acceptance
Confirm the hardware model, bill of materials, included accessories, required approvals and acceptance tests. Record test conditions, documentation, warranty and defect remedies before order approval. Installation or commissioning services, if requested, require a separate written scope.
Catalogue entries describe product types and specification requirements for quotation, not confirmed inventory. Reference photographs do not establish fibre content, installed components, performance or available stock. The exact product, materials, configuration, evidence, quantity, price, delivery, warranty and included accessories are confirmed in the written quotation and agreed samples or technical approval.
